There are no odors/fumes.  Most indoor chemicals are greener, meaning they are safe for daycares, hospitals, airports, etc.  We do suggest containing or having your animals away from the home until all chemicals dry.  Young children should not come in contact with wet chemicals either.

No, unless you have unfinished wood flooring or baseboards.

No. Gardeners, House Cleaners, Painters, etc should not be working on site while we spray & until the chemical is dry. You should schedule an appointment on a day that is free of other trades.

Yes, pests never die just overwinter (go dormant/hibernate). Black Widows generally appear in Summer & Fall. Mice are active all year.
